     3.SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.

After your package is shipped (after 1-5 business days processing time), please allow another 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.

       5. DELIVERY

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

       6.TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.

      7.CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

      8.CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  1. RETURNS & EXCHANGS

We do not accept refund and exchanges for customized items once they are processed. Customized items are made specially for you, which cannot be used again for other customers. Thanks for your understanding.
You may return the new, unopened non-customized items within 30 days of delivery for refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept refunds ord exchanges for customized items once they are processed.Thesed items are made specially for yo andh cannot be used againbyr other customers. Thanks for your understanding.

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the non-customized items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. please get in touch with Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 business days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

3.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized items and items with limited time promotion.

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products which are not from our website.

You will need to provide us with some photos of the tape measure showing the difference in measurements
We'll check and confirm here. If your measurements differ significantly from the descriptions listed on our website, we will provide you with a reasonable solution.

What is status of my refund?

Refund to credit card, the whole process may take 10-30 business days as your card bank needs to process the refund to you.

We could refund to your card account in 24 hours. But your card bank needs 10-30 business days to transfer the money to your card account. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information.

We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kindly understanding. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

Shipping Cost & Relisting Fee

Exchange policy:

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
